The Westpac Future Leaders Scholarship supports Australia’s future leaders by providing an enriching postgraduate experience for talented individuals to study at one of Australia’s leading universities and participate in a bespoke, nine-month, Leadership Development Program.

Whether your focus is Asia, new technology or sustainable futures the Westpac Scholars Trust is offering postgraduate study for talented individuals at Australia's leading universities. Scholars will be exceptional people, chosen for their potential to make a difference to Australia's future in one of our four focus areas:
- Sustainable Futures
- Australia in Asia
- An Inclusive Country
- Thriving Tech Sector
The Scholarships are valued at up to $120,000 over 2-3 years and will be awarded annually for research or coursework studies at the graduate level. If you are commencing a PhD or Masters by Coursework or Masters by Research in 2025, apply before 29 August 2024, 5:00pm (AEST).

Scholarship Benefits
- Up to $120,000 over 2-3 years to cover the cost of study (e.g. course fees, living allowance, travel and conference attendance)
- Enrolment in a nine-month Leadership Development Program
- Opportunity to add a global context to your education, with tailored international experiences of up to six months

- Attendance at the Westpac Scholars Summit 7-8 April 2025 in Sydney
